...so after having no luck finding a recipe for these, I decided to try and make one up myself. Johnny purchases one (quite possibly two actually) every day from the supermarket on his way to work! I was hoping to share the wonderful recipe I had invented with you all, however as you can tell they did not quite come out as expected!
I'm currently baking some flapjacks I made up out of the leftover filling so hopefully they'll be a bit more successful!
Still - they look pretty yummy - can't wait to see the recipe!

Found this image using google search for 'maple and pecan plait'... the fact that yours goo-ed out everywhere, I think, makes them look even MORE delicious than the proper ones! :)
