...I'm sorry I couldn't help it, I am all macarooned out now though I promise...
I made yet another batch today, peppermint (green), lemon (yellow), rosewater (pink) and coffee and chocolate, which I don't have photographed for some reason.
All boxed up and on their way to my Mum as an early mothers day gift.
They may not be perfectly round or all the same size, but they do taste pretty good and I'm still very very impressed with myself!
So pretty!

these look fantastic. i have been longing for some macaroons for a while. they look so nice I am convinced they must be completely scrumptious. I need to try and make some. soon
