Crafting 46/365...

...jelly babies...

 

I've been inspired by the lovehearts to try out more sweeties...I keep buying bags of sweets, most of them have been eaten I'll admit!!  It took me a while to get close to the right colour and powderiness for these little guys, but I'm quite pleased.  I'm pretty sure the powder would slowly diminish, especially if the buttons were washed, but they're still a good true-to-life translucent under it.

 

The yellow one on top there is the 'real' one.

Yep...I'm loving it...although I actually do keep getting the real and pretend jelly babies muddled up!
