...a few things to share this Friday...
I now have sets of ninjas listed in just about every colour imaginable in both the shops (etsy and folksy)!
I am featured in this beautiful treasury - I haven't been in a treasury for AGES - it made my day!
My moo cards arrived today!! Just in time for Handm@de Cambridge
and for packing up orders this morning...I really didn't think they'd arrive in time for the fair, I'm so pleased!

This little boy has discovered a new favourite food in oranges!
I've also made a proper start on my christmas shopping now! I'm so excited I've found some amazing gifts on etsy - I'll share my finds with you when they arrive!
Have a lovely weekend - we're off to Cambridge! xx

...so it's all a bit last minute, but we're going to be at Handm@de in Cambridge this Saturday!!
Handm@de Oxford was just so much fun we thought we'd do it all again this weekend!!! I think we may be mad...and will most certainly be completely exhausted by the time we finish our 3rd weekend of craft fairs after Bristol the following Saturday!
Johnny comes from Cambridge and both his parents still live there and it's one of my favourite city's too so it will definitely be worth the trip. Can't wait!

...ninja christmas tree toppers...
Like an angel or a star would sit proud on top of your tree these ninjas will do the same...except they will of course provide your tree and any gifts that may be lying beneath it with super ninja protection!
I am actually making these for a custom order-the green one is for myself as a test run for the custom pink one-I don't plan on making any to list in the shop-but if you would like your own for your tree please get in touch and I may be able to make one up for you.
(we don't have our tree yet-hence them posing on top of knitting needles and a money box!)

...big ninjas...
Someone asked me about bigger ninjas a while ago, and yesterday I decided to have a play at making some. I nearly gave up, when they were just bodies and naked heads, they didn't look like they were going to turn out so well, but Johnny convinced me to finish them, and he was right (he's proving to be right a little too often recently for my liking!) I actually quite love them a lot! They are about 6cms tall. As I was making them I had a very exciting customer request which involves an even bigger ninja, I'll post more details in a day or two.
...and friendship bracelets...
After making some of these with my mum a few weeks ago I've been wanting to make some more! I love making these so much and they were perfect crafting companion to watching Shaun of the Dead last night!
both will be available in my etsy shop this afternoon, if not sooner.

...so yesterday I found myself (with two very enthusiastic and incredibly amazing helpers) doing my first ever craft fair! It was fantastic, busy beyond anything I had imagined and we met lots of wonderful people.
Not only that we got to hang out in our favourite city with some of our favourite friends!
Unfortunately there were various battery problems, one being on both of our mobile phones, meaning we were un-contactable for a whole 24 hours! Crazy times! The other being that despite charging my camera yesterday morning I somehow managed to leave it turned on in my bag! So we have very few pictures of the wonderful event, but I'm sure there will be lots popping up over the internet in the next few days anyway.
It really was great fun and very much worth the very tired mama and baby we have here today...at least the baby will probably sleep all day, meaning I can get on with catching up on all the various jobs that need doing.

For those of you in the Cambridge area you should head down to the fair there this coming weekend, I have no doubt it will be just as fab!

...we're off to Oxford to see lovely friends, probably eat lovely food, take in lovely architecture and be at this lovely fair selling my wares...
Come and say 'hello' if you live nearby...there will be lots of lovely crafters there for you to see, promise!
I wanted to add a beautiful picture of Oxford here-but I don't appear to have any! How on earth I lived for someone as photographic as Oxford for 4 years and not take any pictures of that scenery I don't know! I'll try to take some this weekend and show you on Monday!
